Bob Luce
President

Bob joined the company in 1996 as President after running a management consulting firm focusing on turning around underperforming plastics companies. With an MBA from The Wharton School, he brings a mix of finance, strategy and operations expertise to Wright’s efforts. He has focused on the company’s strategic direction and empowering the management team to achieve Wright’s objective to be a superior supplier of custom injection molded products.
Jim LaCroix
Director of Operations — Sheridan

Jim, who has spent his entire career in Injection Molding, joined Wright in 1991. Since that time, he was made significant contributions in several management roles in production, process and engineering before taking over the Sheridan facility in 2002. In his current role, he and his management team have made significant improvements in the company’s operating effectiveness. Jim also played a key role as Wright’s lead participant in an injection molding applied research consortium. His efforts to put more science in the art of molding have turned processing expertise into a major company strategic strength.
Tom Arquette
Director of Operations — St. Clair

After 14 years in production and management roles at another injection molder, Tom joined Wright as St. Clair plant manager in 1997. In the ensuing years, he and the team he developed have turned the St. Clair facility from a problem-ridden operation into one of the top-performing custom injection molding facilities in Michigan. He has played a critical role in improving the company’s operations management approach and the effectiveness of the production information system.
Connie McKeown
Director of Administration

Since joining Wright Plastics in 2000 as Human Resources Manager, Connie’s role has continued to expand to her current position. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the area of Human Resources, most of which is in manufacturing, along with a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She has become the point person on numerous critical change projects that have significantly improved the company’s operating and organizational effectiveness. She is the leader of our lean manufacturing initiative.
