Wright Plastic Products has the capabilities to manage every aspect of our client’s projects. Our facilities include fully equipped CNC tool rooms for building and maintaining tools in-house, quality assurance labs, and a dedicated assembly area that can be expanded anywhere from 2500 to 10,000 square feet. Wright also offers automated assembly cell expertise, sonic/vibration welding, overmold/soft touch capability, and in-mold decorating.
When it comes to the design and development of a product, Wright has a proven track record of quality and innovation. Wright has the capabilities to partner with a client to design new components, redesign an existing product to obtain maximum manufacturing efficiencies, or simply manufacture to a customer’s most exacting specifications. Our staff engineers have access to the latest technology, including Master Cam 7.0, AutoCAD, and Mechanical Desktop workstations. All of these resources help us provide a complete program management system and deliver products that are consistently on-time, on-spec and right on the money.
